1. Feedback
Our feedback functionality allows managers to easily manage user requests, be it inquiries about lots or general consultation requests. In the settings, you can specify which emails will receive notifications about new requests.
2. Multilanguage Support
The website supports multiple languages. You choose which ones will be available to users and can set the default language that will be displayed by default.
3. Admin and Manager Management
The company administrator has full access to all site features. This is a key role that not only allows setting up functionality and design but also managing staff. The administrator can invite new managers.
Managers are users who have almost the same rights as the administrator. They can manage all main site functions, including design settings, working with the calculator, managing user requests, and viewing and editing company information.
However, managers cannot invite new users. This feature is only available to the administrator, allowing for stricter control over access to the system.
4. Full Site Customization
Your website can be customized to reflect your company's brand identity. This includes:
- Uploading the logo and site icon.
- Changing the color scheme (main color, buttons, top and bottom of the site).
- Editing the FAQ page and feedback button texts on the lot page.
5. Calculator
A powerful and flexible tool that allows configuring price calculations, including taxes, fees, and other costs.
5.1. You can specify prices for sea deliveries
5.2. You can specify prices for USA deliveries
5.3. You can specify customs duty, excise tax, VAT
5.4. You can specify prices for additional expenses, brokerage costs, service fees, and other extra costs
6. My Folders
Managers can create folders, fill them with lots, and share them with clients, making data management and exchange easier.
To create a folder, click "Create New Folder"
To add a lot to the folder, click "Add to Folder"

7. Favorites for Users
Similar to the folder function for managers, users have "Favorites". Users can add and remove lots that they liked.
